90 points Wine Spectator: "This is a rich, polished, harmonious style that's a successful blend of Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon. It exhibits pretty smoky, toasty oak and layers of currant, sage, herb flavors that fill in lots of flavor gaps. Mouthcoating, with a long, persistent finish that echoes currant, oak and cedary notes. Drink now through 2009." (11/04) K&L's notes - The 2001 Paraduxx Napa Valley Red is a blend of 70% zinfandel and 30% cabernet sauvignon, aged for 18 months in 50% American and 50% French oak. The Paraduxx is loaded with bright raspberry flavors, which coat the mid-palate and linger on the finish. It is lush and toasty with just enough balance and acidity to carry the huge fruit through the finish. Delicious!
