The garnet-colored 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits copious aromas of roasted herbs, coffee beans, damp earth, plums and black currants, and an evolved, elegant style. The most mature and advanced of this impressive quartet, it should be enjoyed over the next 7-8 years. (RP)
