Shea's 2006 Estate Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is bright with black cherry and blueberry aromas that continue onto the palate. Earthy forest floor notes and complex spice create an intriguing undercurrent to the wine. Still a little closed down, with a little time in bottle or some air, the wine owns up and sings I'm So Pretty. According to Wine Spectator: "Lithe, ripe and appealing for its cedar-accented blackberry and plum flavors, with a tobacco note adding interest to the firm-textured finish. Best from 2010 through 2013." (Web 08)
