Grown at Flowers' recent planting overlooking the Pacific, this Pinot Noir is silky, with plenty of tangy, citrus-like acidity. The flavors bring to mind pomegranate and blood orange, ready to cut through rich foods, like the carnitas hash at Citizen Cake in SF.
