Beatrice and Pascal Lambert, both descendents of generations of winegrowers, have been growing their own grapes for 25 years, with 14 hectares of vines planted in Cravant les Coteaux and Chinon. They've farmed organically and biodynamically since 2004 and are part of famed biodynamic producer Nicolas Joly's Renaissance group. The Graves Chinon is grown in a combination of gravel, clay and flint soils and is as pure and bright an expression of Cabernet Franc as there is. Savory herbs, crisp red fruit, pipe tobacco and spice.
