Kurt started with the complex and unusual flavor of fresh aloe vera macerated in California grape eau-de-vie. This magical member of the Lily family is renowned for its healing effects on sunburned skin, but what we didn't know was how darn delicious its earthy flavors would be in your cocktail. From that base, Kurt has built a wonderfully balanced and versatile spirit. He first adds fresh cucumber and muskmelon to add depth and sweetness. Finally, fresh lemon peel and spearmint are added to balance the whole magnificent package. This will be a wonderful addition to any adventurous bon vivant's bar.
