The fruit is entirely de-stemmed and then undergoes a fermentation and racking process to gently extract the necessary tannins for longevity and structure. This generous Barolo is everything you want from Nebbiolo - full body, with black fruit notes, complemented by savory notes of leather and tobacco with lifting floral notes of rose petal and heather.
