If you love Champagne, well-made wine, and a fantastic deal, Claude Branger's L'eclipse needs to be on your radar. For less than $20, you get a sustainably farmed, hand-harvested sparkler that comes from vines dating back to 1964. The wine's bouquet is wonderfully yeasty and toasty and it boasts fantastic acidity, salty minerality, light citrus notes, and a gentle creaminess on the palate. It's made entirely in-house by father and son team Claude and Sebastian Granger - a wonderful example of a sparkling Muscadet or sparkling wine in general!
