The bottled 2013 Proprietary Red Dolinsek Heritage Ranch comes from vines planted in pure Goldridge, loamy soils in 1910 that was part of the old Fratti Ranch. Another winner with its varietal diversity including Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Alicante Bouchet, Grand Noir, Teroldego, Syrah, Black Muscat and Golden Chasselas. This exotic, elegant, cool climate-styled red offers ripe, well-balanced, black cherry, red and blackcurrant, spice, loamy earth and blacker fruit notes. This medium-bodied effort is one of the more restrained and streamlined wines from Bedrock. Drink now-2020. (RP)
Solidly built, with a core of lively acidity and tannins, plus notes of boysenberry, eucalyptus and loamy mineral. May bloom in time. Zinfandel and others. Best from 2016 through 2022. (Web-2015)
