I tasted this beer at a staff tasting on 4/12 (with about 40 other beers and ciders) and it was a standout. It is very chocolaty with soy sauce notes and a hint of oatmeal. I know that sounds terribly geeky but, I usually write up Champagne! Simply put, it was delicious and extremely interesting. I still need to mull over what to serve with it!
