Lunae offers a wonderful rendition of Vermentino that hails from vineyards located in the Eastern corner of Liguria bordering on Tuscany.This customer and staff favorite is both ample and crisp with a fragrant array of apple, peach and honey and a mouthwatering palate with hints of mineral and saline on the finish. Unlike some of the more viscous and lime-fruited Vermentinos from the coastal zones, this one is light on its feet and a refreshing alternative. Ideal with vegetables, white meats, seafood and lighter pastas.
