As the 6th generation proprietors, Isabelle and Bruno Perraud have run their family estate north of Beaujolais since 1987. After Bruno became badly sickened from insicticide in 1999, the couple decided to ban all chemicals from the vineyard and reinvent themselves as winemakers. They converted to organic viticulture and were certified as such in 2002. Their wines are made with indigenous yeasts and unfiltered with no additions and the wines stand as lively and exciting incarnations of these Beaujolais crus.
