In 2012, three friends--John, David, and Brian--got together to craft beer with a passion for experimentation and the ethos "unflinchingly wayward." Located high in the Colorado mountains, they grow their own Brettanomyces to create one-of-a-kind flavors. They use a combination of intentional and spontaneous fermentation. Each brew is barrel aged and bottle conditioned until it is perfect for release. This is Old World-style brewing meets modern brewing technology to create outstanding beers.
