I could just nose this rum all day long and never get tired of it. The aromas are so enticing, full of flat cola, tropical fruits, vanilla bean, and pineapple. Then you get the bitter ester notes like earth, petrol, and polish on the palate, but they're balanced by just enough sweetness from the barrel. You can do so many different things with this Worthy Park: sip it on the rocks, make a cocktail, or even pour yourself a shot after a long day. It's utterly complex, intriguing, and I discover new flavors each time I taste it. That being said, if you're used to Zaya or Zacapa, this might cause your head to explode.
