Ovid's "Experiment" wines are a chance to taste the process - a little vinous insight into explorations of the winery's vineyards and winemaking. Each offering is unique. The first white wine from Ovid, the W1.4 is a blend of 1/3 each Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier. The wine is made using ambient yeasts, partial malolactic fermentation, and aging sur lie in Burgundy barrels.
