Harvested from an organic vineyard in Asureti, region of Kartl, the wine is made in the ancient traditional method, in qvevris: large, buried earthenware amphorea. It is fermented in wild yeasts and is free from any additives. Light amber color, intensive nose full of dried apricots, melon and oriental spices. Rich layered taste and strong tannin structure, typical for Georgian amber wines.
