Winemaker's Notes: " From a vineyard in Oberfucha, very cold north-eath-faced site, surrounded by sparse forrests, close to our wildwux-grazing lands. Manual harvest at the mid of October, whole cluster pressing, very strong natural prefiltration in steel tanks; extended period of maturation on the lees, bottling at the beginning of March. Bright green-yellow highlights, fresh meadow herbs, fruity, fresh, lively, slightly pepper, convinces by lightness and fullness on the palate at the same time."
