Produced by the Bibich Winery in Skradin, this red wine offers an eclectic blend of grapes native to Northern Dalmatia (Babich, Plavina, Lasin) that are related to Zinfandel (itself a Croatian varietal). Aged for one year in American oak barriques. Light and smooth, with lively acids and aromas of dark fruits and berries, spices and black pepper. Serve with meats, tuna or aged cheese.
