Produced by the famed Sherwood Estate, the Stratum Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in the Wairau Valley in the heart of Marlborough and some from estates in Waipara further south on the South Island's east coast. Harvested in the cool of the night to protect the grapes, the fruit was cool fermented over the course of four weeks to retain freshness and aromatic fruit characteristics.
