One of the most special artisanl spirits of Mexico, this authentic small batch Sotol was distilled by Son Eduardo Arrieta in April of 2016. Using a wild varietal of the special plant of the northern desert, Dasylirion Leiophyllum, Don Eduardo crafts one of the most unique and delicious distillates available. After roasting in conical pits and grinding by axe, the Sotol is fermented with wild yeast. Distillation occurs on copper stills and only 99 liters were produced in the batch. A truly unique expression of the great tradition of Chichuahua.
