The perfect Sauvignon Blanc for people who like a bit more texture and a touch less acid. The wine is very well balanced with loads of pineapple, mango, and guava, supported by a gorgeous roundness and weight that makes the mouth water. The acid, as opposed to many New Zealand or Sancerre style Sauv Blancs, is a little less pronounced, making it a great pairing for grilled chicken on a sunny day.
