This, to me, is the most classic of the bunch, but at a whopping 64%, a splash of water really opens it up. The rye influence is apparent, but paired with the higher proof, it comes off as more of a candied dryness. Super well balanced by the fruitier yeast, giving it a touch of grape/melon-ish flavors. A splash of water brings out a bit more, like a dry Christmas tree, and a nice mellowness.
