The NV Blanc de Noirs is very, very blush-pink in color and scented of spiced apples, white peaches and lightly browned toast with hints of honeysuckle and white pepper. The palate has a good intensity of apple and toast-inspired flavors with appealing freshness and persistent fizz. (LPB)
