Vivid straw-yellow. Clean and precise aromas and flavors of yellow peach, apricot, orange oil and cinnamon. Layered but refined, with a thick mouth-feel and noteworthy concentration of flavor on the long creamy finish. (ID)
There's a hint of complexity in the interplay between this wine's gentle sweetness and crisp acidity, like biting into a freshly picked ripe pear. It's lean and focused, a match for warm goat cheese on crostini.
The non-vintage Prosecco del Valdobiaddene Extra Dry is a featherweight Prosecco displaying light, crisp, grapefruit and citrus notes, pure flavors, good acidity and a zesty, but not overly aggressive effervescence. (RP)
This offers aromas of wisteria, jasmine, white stone fruit and a whiff of almond. The luminous palate doles out green apple, white peach, nectarine zest and a hint of crystallized ginger accompanied by vibrant acidity and small, persistent bubbles. (KO)
Open-knit and fresh flavors of green melon, verbena and candied almond ride a lively bead in this modest, balanced bubbly. (AN, Web-2014)

Very light color - almost clear. Orange blossoms, and green apple/pear on the nose. On the palate green apple/pear with nice minerality. Off dry style. Nice mousse in the mouth. Paired with a spicy Garlicky Shrimp Pasta - very nice! Don't limit this to an aperitif. Makes a nice food wine as well!<br>
