Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Pedregal Vineyard opens with beautiful lilac, chocolate box and unsmoked cigars scents over a core of cassis, black cherries and preserved plums with wafts of menthol and wood smoke. Drink 2019 - 2045. (LPB)
From a site in eastern Oakville, the Pedregal bottling bursts with ripe cassis, blackberry and plum alongside dark chocolate. Like the Annum, it is rich, supple and broad, but it's tannins are even more silky; its texture more plush and expansive. Drinking Window 2020 - 2040 (WK)
