Here in its first vintage, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Sacrashe captures all the best qualities of this site and the Hall style. Waves of intense dark fruit, gravel, mocha, spice and leather build as this virile, explosive wine saturate the palate. Deep and imposing, with huge tannin, the 2013 is going to need at least a few years before it is ready to show the full breadth of its personality. This is one of the few wines in the cellar aged in Sylvain barrels. (AG)
