Bid on this 3-bottle lot of 2003 Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru "Malconsorts" ((88-91BH)). Allen Meadows - Burghound: "Curiously given the usual Malconsorts reticence and taciturn personality in its youth, this is really quite expressive and accessible with ripe, spicy and slightly smoky aromas and powerful, sappy and full-bodied flavors that are velvety, firmly but finely textured and strikingly long. This is not as elegant or pure as the Beaux Monts but it carries serious size and weight with plenty of underlying structure buffered by all of the mid-palate sap. *Outstanding*" (01/2005)
