Made up entirely of Cabernet Sauvignon, the deep garnet-purple 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard Elysian opens with cassis, blackberry preserves and incense with touches of cigar box, dried herbs, earth and smoked meat.
