Dense and chewy, with sweet dark fruit and floral pastille flavors and notes of clove, vanilla bean and cola firmed by juicy acidity. Ample but structured wine, with a decidedly ripe, flamboyant character. Finishes smooth and sweet, with clinging dark berry and spice qualities and serious length. (ST)
