First produced in 1952, Stony Hill's Chardonnay is more reminiscent of the Chablis of Burgundy than of today’s California Chardonnays. Aged in neutral oak barrels without malolactic fermentation, they are elegant and fruity with beautiful acid structure. As a result, Stony Hill Chardonnays are eminently age worthy and grow in richness and depth for many years after bottling.
