The impressive 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford reveals a dark ruby hue followed by a sweet perfume of vanillin, cranberries, black cherries, and currants. It has silky texture. (RP)
Intense and well-focused, with grapey currant, wild berry, toasty oak and roasted plum. Supple and balanced, leaving you hoping for a shade more depth midpalate. Ends with chewy tannins. Should improve with age. (JL)
