This is also really quite pretty, pure and elegant with its perfumed array of cool strawberry, cherry, currant, yeast and plenty of citrus elements. There is excellent punch and delineation to the moderately powerful medium weight flavors that are shaped by a medium-firm effervescence before terminating in a clean, yeasty and lemon peel-suffused finish. Moreover this is a very dry example relative to what is typical for the genre and I very much liked this overall plus it offers very good value.

A blend of 70% pinot noir and 30 % chardonnay with a splash of red for color. This is an impressive Brut Rosé from an amazing, under-the-radar producer.
