(06/08) You could easily pass hours inhaling the intoxicating perfume that this wine gives, starting with roses, strawberries, toasted coconut and cinnamon and then giving way to more savory notes, like olive, grilled meat and fennel. It fills your mouth with vibrant blueberry fruit, with sassafrass and chocolate notes underpinning it all. Fruit, acid and tans are already well-integrated, but this will continue to improve in the cellar and drink well for more than a decade.
