Deep ruby-red. Classic syrah aromas of red and dark berries, smoked meat, incense and licorice. Chewy dark berry and cherry skin flavors are youthfully clenched on entry, then gain sweetness in the middle. The cherry skin note resonates through the very long, slightly bitter finish. This needs patience.
