The NV Brut, which carries six grams per liter of residual sugar and was disgorged December 2016, is an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It has a fresh lime and sea spray bouquet, well defined with a light honeysuckle aroma. The palate is well balanced with citrus peel on the entry. It might not be as persistent as other South African MCCs, but it is bounding with freshness and delivers a tangy orange-pith finish.
