Most plum sake is made with shochu and either fermented plums or grapes with plum flavor added but the Blossoms of Peace is made "ume-shu" crafted with sake and high quality green plums. The plums are soaked for over three months in the sake bringing a rich flavor and a mild sweetness with subtle plum aromas. Great on its own or make Plum Bellinis by adding a little to your favorite prosecco or even a plum martini. Don't for get to garnish with fresh plum!
