The brain child of Skyy Vodka founder and inventory extrodinairy Maurice Kanbar, Blue Angel is four times distilled in specially designed column stills. It is filtered 3 times in a propretary process that Kanbar developed himself. He decided not to patent to this process for fear of giving up the special recipe. Whatever he is doing you're looking at an exceptionally soft and smooth vodka with the lowest possible levels of congeners, according to Mr. Kanbar, implying a less sever hangover. I'm not sure that will be the case considering this stuff tastes so good and costs so little.
