The partridge-eye colored Bouzy Grand Cru Rosé Les Terres Roses "11" is a 2011 assemblage of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir, of which 7% is added as red wine. Pure and fresh, but intense and vinous on the nose, this is a full-bodied, vinous and nicely pure, perfectly precise and structured, dry Rosé. It has a long and fruity finish. This is simply great and well-structured Rosé! You are gonna have to buy it. There is so much precision and pure fruit here! (SR)
(70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir; disgorged in March, 2014): Light, bright orange. Strawberry, smoky minerals, rose pastille and a leesy nuance on the highly perfumed nose. Dry, spicy and seamless on the palate, offering vibrant flavors of fresh strawberry and brioche. Lithe and mineral-driven, with a lively, persistent finish and resonating floral character. (JR)
This mouthwatering rosé is firm and toasty, with a spiced thread of flavor unraveling through notes of wild cherry, candied ginger, graphite and citrus. Lively, offering a creamy, lingering finish. Disgorged September 2016. Drink now through 2022. (AN, Web Only-2017)
