If perhaps not the most complex Pinot around, this moderately fruity, fairly straightforward wine is clean, balanced and hits the mark when it comes to unmistakable varietal cherries. It hints here and there at dusty roses and a light note of sweet oak, and its easy gait makes it one to enjoy in the near- to mid-term with milder veal and pork recipes.
Tight and compact, with a savory edge to the dried currant, berry and crushed rock notes. Shows fine structure and length, even if the tannins give this a pleasantly chewy edge. Drink now through 2023.
