Sourced from Wayfarer and Hallberg vineyard, the grape clusters for this Pinot Noir were hand-sorted, de-stemmed, and the individual grapes were again sorted by hand. Fermented with 100% native yeast, the wine was then barrel aged in 2/3 new French oak for 12 months. From the winery: "Brilliant ruby in color, aromas of soft rose petal, cherry, fresh plum and wild sage greet the nose on first swirl. Ripe plum, raspberry pie, cedar and wet stone amplify in the mid-palate, and lift into fresh-cut fennel through the finish. Delightfully clean and focused, leaving the palate energized."
