Full bright ruby. Vibrant aromas of crushed dark berries, violet, oregano and bitter chocolate, plus a hint of meat. Dense, concentrated and sharply delineated; thick but bright, with rather wild flavors. Finishes with substantial dusty tannins and excellent length. Impressive. 91(+?) points.
