This is a white wine could possibly satisfy every Sauvignon Blanc drinker, unless you only like it when it is fermented and aged in new oak. It is the perfect blend of Loire Valley SB and a traditional Marlborough SB. So, of coarse, it will be crisp and zingy. Where worlds start colliding is that it has a fairly intense mineral component, think France, with riper citrus fruits, a whiff of grass and more weight and texture than you would expect, think NZ. Buy a case and always keep some in the fridge, it goes with almost everything and nothing at all.
