West Coast Cider is a family owned and operated business. They fermented their first vintage for sale in ’84, becoming the first U.S. winery to specialize in hard cider. The "McIntosh M2" bursts out of the glass with sweet, ripe apple aromas. There is a fine balance of effervescence, acid, and tannin that keep the luscious appley-ness in check. Pair this cider with strong, sweet, funky creamy cheeses. This is the cider that the large commercial cideries WISH they could make!
