Great news for you blanco tequila fans! You can finally polish off that last bit of ArteNOM 1079 you've been hoarding since the batch switched over more than a year ago. Your replacement tequila has finally arrived. David Suro's new Siembra Valles project switches the juice from the Vivancos at NOM 1414, over to NOM 1123 and the distillate of Tequila Cascahuin. This is the best thing to happen to blanco tequila fans in years because this is one of the roundest, fruitiest, soft and plump blanco tequilas I've ever tasted. It's full of sweet agave notes, creamy roasted flavor, and peppery notes that keep everything in balance.     This glorious tequila smells like a vacation in a glass. As soon as I put it to my nose, the aromatics just swept me away. This super-premium tequila was the recent best-in-class finisher at our weekly staff tasting. The freshness, the fruitiness, the complexity, all make this a standout amongst peers. This is arguably one of the best all-arounders at the price point.
