Light yellow. Vibrant quince, orange zest and green apple aromas are complemented by smoky minerals and honeysuckle. Stony, sharply focused citrus and orchard fruit flavors show very good energy, turning juicier and deeper with air and picking up a melony quality and a hint of anise. Finishes on intense notes of dusty minerals and ginger, with very good clarity and persistence. (JR)
A boisterous mousse leads to a bone-dry palate, with a crisp green-apple flavor and tight minerality. It is still very young and this bottling, like all very dry Champagnes, needs to be aged in order to realize its full potential. (RV)
Black currant and cherry fruit is ripe and aromatic on the nose and palate of this fresh and harmonious Champagne. The airy mousse carries flavors of pastry dough, toasted almond, chalky mineral and ground anise. (AN)
A Blanc de Noir with zero dosage. The nose has a bold array of cherries, cassis and blueberry fruit aromas, very fresh and direct. The palate's assertive and deep from the get-go, pushes horizontal; phenolics are a feature and the dry style works well here.
