One of the highlights in this range, the 2013 Pinot Noir Williams Selyem Estate Vineyard is deep, powerful and authoritative, with serious thrust and energy. Tobacco, leather, dried herbs, licorice and smoke wrap around a core of dark-fleshed fruit. Deceptively medium in body, the 2013 packs a serious punch. It should age effortlessly for a decade-plus. The Estate is by far the most reticent and structured of the Russian River Pinots in this range. 93+ points. (AG)
