Il Gusto di Amalfi makes fine liqueurs from local products in the Amalfi Coast town of Praiano. The area is famous for growing citrus, and proprietors Valentino Esposito and Mario Anastasio take organically grown local mandarins from the hillsides of the Amalfi coast, and immediately macerate them in pure grain alcohol for 3-4 days to extract the pure citrus aromas and flavors that inform this fine boutique production. Recommended as a digestivo to drink cold, but not on the rocks.
