From the winery: "Delicate, mountain grown Mourvèdre, planted in deep volcanic soils on a north facing slope, dry farmed in most years, including 2015. Light and aromatic with a wide range of aromas: herbs and asphalt, berries and cinnamon. Destemmed and hand sorted, concrete and stainless fermented, followed by 11 months aging in a single concrete tank. Bottled unfined and unfiltered."
