This is the spiciest wine in the range with a lovely range of clove, sandalwood, Asian-style tea and anise nuances adding breadth to the layered array of violet, plum and dark cherry aromas. There is good richness and mid-palate density to the caressing yet focused and powerful medium weight plus flavors that are blessed with plenty of dry extract on the firm, dusty and mouth coating finish. This is clearly in need of patience but it should be excellent in time. *Outstanding*

Medium ruby-purple colored, the 2015 Pinot Noir Westside Road Neighbors opens with chocolate-covered cherries, pomegranate and fragrant earth notes with hints of Provence herbs and rose water. Medium-bodied with a great core of vibrant red berry flavors and firm, ripe, grainy tannins, it has just enough freshness and a nice, long, mineral-laced finish. (LPB)

The 2015 Pinot Noir Westside Road Neighbors is wonderfully lifted and finessed, with plenty of sweet red cherry, pomegranate and blood orange overtones. Surprisingly delicate for the year, the Westside Road Neighbors offers terrific aromatic freshness, precision and class. The oak needs time to fully integrate, but there is certainly much to look forward to. (AG)

Showing just a touch of reduction, this wine is bright, crunchy and explosive on the palate. The palate shows a mix of raspberry, cherry and cranberry that’s full of flavor. Seductively smooth, it should continue to evolve and expand with time, as the wine is just beginning to unravel its complex notes of baking spice, vanilla and tea. (VB)

Bright and buoyant and ripe and rich all at the same time, this well-measured youngster hits the varietal mark smartly on most every front, and, if arguably still a touch tight in construction with evident acidity and tannin closing in at the finish, it never once wavers in fruit and has the concentration and depth to make for worry-free cellaring. Do not be in a hurry to drink this one up because it is at least three of four years away from hitting its stride, and it should continue to grow for several more after that.

Intense and well-focused on vivid wild berry and raspberry flavors, with a wild, racy edge that's expansive and gains depth and nuance. (JL)
