This is the kind of wine I would wholeheartedly recommend. A beautiful pale lemony color greets you, followed by a peppery nose full of citron, grapefruit and Granny Smith apples and a whiff of dried herbs. Very intriguing palate indeed; a slight prickling on the tongue due to its incredible crispness and a touch of almond skin. It is like biting on a juicy green apple. This wine begs for seafood, risotto, lasagna bianca, fettuccine alfredo or pasta primavera.
